Eggwhite is, zoals de naam zegt, een soort eiwit achtige structuur. Slijmerig, meestal doorzichtig, en je kan er draden van trekken. Dit wordt ook wel vruchtbaarslijm genoemd. Creamy is meer créme achtig, meestal roomkleurig/wit, en wat dikker van textuur.
Het staat hier goed uitgelegd: Before Ovulation (low chance of pregnancy): The first few days following menstruation, there will be little or no discharge present. Graag gedaan perzik! Ik mis alleen de term creamy in bovenstaande uitleg.. meestal heb ik creamy afscheiding na mijn ei. Maar ik heb eigenlijk nooit eggwhite. Of in ieder geval niet dat ik het kan voelen
Ja, creamy mis ik ook! Hoewel ik het net ingevuld heb in mijn chart.. Ik zit nu voor mijn ei.. Geen eggwhite..hmm... dus dan is het moeilijker het voorspellen van je ovulatie,lastig..
