Nou, wat gegooglet (schrijf je dat zo? haha): How the test works Unlike the traditional Clearblue Pregnancy test, the new Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test with Conception Indicator contains two test strips a low sensitivity strip and a high sensitivity strip. Inside a Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test with Conception Indicator Urine travels up the Absorbent Sampler and flows through the pad. If hCG is present in the urine it will bind to anti-hCG antibodies attached to blue dye in the pad. The urine moves along both test strips. As the hCG and anti-hCG antibodies pass through the result line zone, they bind to anti- hCG antibodies to form blue result lines. Both strips contain a result line; the low sensitivity strip also contains a control line. The Test monitors the control line on the low sensitivity strip and only when a valid control line has been detected will the result lines on both the strips be determined. At low concentrations, hCG binds on the high sensitivity strip. At higher concentrations, hCG will also bind to the low sensitivity strip. The concentration of hCG detected in the results lines of the two strips determines the result of the Conception Indicator: 1-2 weeks since conception; 2-3 weeks since conception; 3+ weeks since conception. If no hCG is present, the anti-hCG antibodies attached to blue dye flow past the result zones on both strips, and no lines will be formed giving a Not Pregnant result. If insufficient hCG is present, result lines may form but will be below the lowest thresholds set, and a Not Pregnant result will be displayed. The lines produced on the strips cannot be read by eye. Instead, an optical system is used to measure the density of the lines. A red light shines onto these specific areas, and the light reflected is converted into an electrical signal. In de kleine letters op de site van clearblue vond ik: Als je test vóór de dag waarop je menstruatie zou moeten beginnen en een niet zwanger resultaat krijgt, kan het zijn dat je toch zwanger bent maar dat het hormoongehalte in je urine nog niet hoog genoeg is om met de test te kunnen waarnemen. Klinische testen met de Clearblue digital zwangerschapstest vroeg in de zwangerschap hebben de volgende resultaten opgeleverd: 4 dagen voordat hun menstruatie zou moeten beginnen, kreeg 55% van de vrouwen de uitslag 'zwanger', 3 dagen van tevoren was dat 86% van de vrouwen, 2 dagen van tevoren 97% en 1 dag van tevoren 99%. Hij meet dus aan de hand van de dichtheid van de streep hoever je ongeveer zou moeten zijn. Nou.. Dat hadden we zelf al bedacht toch? Maar ik kan nergens vinden of die lichte strepen altijd verschijnen.. Of het een soort doorloopstreepjes zijn.. 'no lines will be formed' als er geen hcg wordt gevonden, maar op diverse fora vind ik dames met testen als ik die niet zwanger zijn. En voor 'no lines' vind ik het toch wel behoorlijke streepjes. Doorloopstreepjes misschien, maar wel streepjes. Dus dan klopt 'no lines' toch niet? (Ik heb trouwens geen idee wanneer mijn nod is. Dus ik weet niet of ik voortijdig aan het testen ben geweest of niet) Dus dames met een negatieve test. Foto's zijn welkom om dit mysterie op te lossen.
Mijn negatieve Clearblue test zag er uit zoals de jouwe (heb hem toen ook gesloopt)!. Mijn zwanger 1-2 van vorige week zag er overigens exact hetzelfde uit.... duurde ook heel lang voor het resultaat kwam dus zat net op het randje denk ik. Er komen dus altijd 3 streepjes.... De strip met 2 lijntjes werkt als volgt: die donkere streep is de controle streep en de 2e lijn is de teststrip die de hoogte/intensiteit van de hoogte van het hcg meet (aantal weken op de display) De strip met het enkele streepje is de teststreep die zegt of je zwanger bent.
Top! Dank je voor je reactie. Waar de streepjes voor waren was ik al uit. Ik kwam alleen nergens tegen of die lichte strepen nou wel of niet verschijnen door het doorlopen. Mysterie opgelost ) Super bedankt voor jullie hulp dames
Ik heb ze allemaal ook bekeken. Streep bij 2-3 was duidelijker dan bij 1-2, maar bij 3+ was het bijna helemaal blanco haha. En ik ben echt nog steeds zwanger. Streepjes staan er normaal gesproken altijd (al was mijn 3+ wel een aparte), zwanger of niet.
Haha ik testen zaterdag nog met de digitale negatief en woensdag positief , ik zal em ook eens uit elkaar halen! Dat ie negatief was ook al gedaan en toen zag je ook 1 streepje op t ene stripje en 2 streepje op de andere, zal eens kijken of dat nu ook t geval is!
Deze gaf zwanger 1-2weken aan! Die test die ik deed en het niet zwanger zei was t 2e streepje wat lichter dan deze maar wel zichtbaar.. Deze knalt er wel echt vanaf..
