Mijn babysteps uitgeschreven in mijn control journal!

Dear Friends,

Summer temps are here and it's a great time to check your lingerie drawer to see if you have the appropriate undergarments for summer clothing.

Do you need a strapless bra to wear with your strapless summer
outfits? Perhaps a racer back bra to wear with your sleeveless shirts?
Maybe some beige undergarments to wear with your white fashions?

Remember, there is no special sainthood for the woman with the most
"holey" undergarments! Treat yourself with the same dignity that you
give to your family. Replace worn out undergarments, even if you are
the only person who sees them. You won't believe how much better you
will feel once you have comfortable, supportive, and attractive
undergarments.

You will feel so pampered once you have these important foundation
pieces of your wardrobe replaced! You deserve it!

 

Oh trouwens, nu krijg ik al drie dagen do over steps binnen op de mail. Zijn de herhalings babysteps 😜 dus flylady weet wat wij nodig gebben haha.

 

Ik krijg nog niet echt opdrachten, alleen verhaaltjes, is dat normaal?
of moet ik op flightplan drukken?

 

Is normaal, baby steps kun je op de site vinden. Ik kreeg ze ook niet via mail.

Missions krijg je niet op za en zo!!

 

Voor wie het control journal wil maken.

Ik zal iedere dag of probeer ik een volgende stap neerzetten.

Voor nu ff in het Engels, als er vraag naar is vertaal ik het wel!

Control Journal, Step 1: Supplies
The first thing you need to do is dig out a bunch of supplies to build your control journal with (that you already have on hand!). Things that you may want include:

A notebook/binder
White or colored paper (you choose)
Blank dividers
“ABC” dividers for addresses and phone numbers
Monthly dividers for seasonal reminders, such as birthdays and when to change the furnace filter
Sheet protectors (not the matte finish unless you already have some; they are hard to erase)
Dry erase markers in your favorite color
Some kind of calendar for your schedule
A small note pad for making lists or post-it notes
A zippered pouch (for stamps, paper clips, pens, and other small items)
Once you have your supplies, you’re ready to move on to step two!

 

Dat is zeer ernstig Roozjuh. Man huilend naast je bed maar heej, je mag wel bijna dood zijn. De tuin is wel gedaan

Hier ook een zwak vogeltje. Buikgriep, verkouden, keelpijn, hoofdpijn en heeeeel erg moe. Blegh... hopelijk snel over. Vrijdag twintig weken echo. Hopelijk alles gezond en dan zien we of er wel of geen klokkenspel tussen de benen bungelt.

 

Zone 2: Mission #1 Monday

Dear Friends:

Your mission for today should you choose to accept it: Scrub down your counter tops, I don't mean to just wipe a rag across them. I mean you get some hot soapy water and you wipe down the counters from front to back and side to side. Yes, you have to move the stuff on the counters to do this. DON'T take everything off at one time and then plan to put it all back again, I promise you will get sidetracked. You just move your toaster (or coffee pot or whatever this is an example here!) over to one side and wipe down the counter, then move over a foot or so, move aside what is there and wipe down some more and so on. We are not marathon cleaning the kitchen here, just getting all the crumbs and junk that seems to build up behind and under things.

Don't obsess! Enjoy!

 

Pfff ben aan de monster taak van het speelgoed uitzoeken begonnen.... Niet leuk!!

Maar in de gedachte van lady, niet zeuren maar doen! En niet uitstellen maar nu aanpakken!

Gaan met die banaan!!

Wat een werk.....

 

Ben ff afwezig wb huishouden. Lig met griep op bed. Blegh...

 

Zone 2: Mission #2 Tuesday

Dear Friends:

Well it is day 2 in the Kitchen, are you ready?

Today we are going to de-clutter our leftover, food storage, plastic, Rubbermaid, Tupperware,and Glad-Ware containers! Do you have excess lids? More bowls than lids? Stained and/or Melted? Do we even need to talk about those old margarine,and ice cream containers?

It is time to let go of this clutter. I am not telling you that you can't keep any containers, I am telling you to get rid of the ones that have no lids, stained and the ones that keep getting shoved in the back because it just isn't a size that works for you.

A quick hint that is helpful, take a large zip top plastic bag to store the lids in, this keeps them together and keeps them from spilling all over the inside of your cabinet.

Spend 15 minutes doing this, don't get sidetracked and rip apart your cabinets and drawers. One thing at a time.

Dear Friends:

Let's take a close look at the gadgets and small appliances that you use on a regular basis. When was the last time you cleaned out your toaster; opened up the bottom and dumped the crumbs? How dingy or dusty is your coffee maker? Do we even want to talk about the blades on the electric can openers? How about the outside of the microwave?

Wipe them down and make them shine. I am not telling you to drag out every small kitchen appliance you own and to scrub them. Just wipe down the fingerprints, dust, drips, dried food particles on the most used items. Make sure you unplug these items before you clean them.

Don't obsess, set your timer for 15 minutes and have fun!

Zone 2: Mission #4 Thursday

Dear Friends:

We are still tackling the kitchen this week.

This involves a scrub brush and elbow grease. Grab those brushes and some general purpose cleaner and scrub those faucets on your kitchen sink. It is amazing how much gunk can build up around the seals and edges.

Have fun, this is a quick mission that shows instant results!
